BOSS| Biographies

Chris Waller - is the male lead singer for BOSS and has an impressive performance record. He appeared at the 1997 Inaugural Ball, has appeared in forty-five states, was a lead singer in the Platters and a vocal coach for Bobby Brown. Chris has also appeared as the opening act for Lou Rauls.

Maylyn Murphy's sultry and bluesy torch-singer style makes her one of today's great jazz-pop vocalists and pianists, with an innate sensuality reminiscent of Norah Jones and Diana Krall.

Maylyn received her Bachelors of Music from Berklee College of Music in Boston. There she expanded her classical talents, working with local musicians and performing with some of the biggest names in the industry, like Pattie LaBelle, Usher, Lil' Kim, Kim Burrell, and P. Diddy. After graduation, she pursued her singer/songwriter career, and took the full time position with BOSS, modeling part-time for MTM agency, and hosting a local television show called International Rhythms.


Norm Brunelle is guitarist, arranger and a vocalist for BOSS. In the vein of Jimmy Page and Jeff Beck, He is one of the most sought after guitar teachers in Boston. He is Musical Director of BOSS.

Ben Kolber is the drummer for BOSS.

Jon Robinson is BOSS' bass player. Jon toured the U.S. with the Heavy Metal Horns. He has also performed with Pierre Hurel at the Toulon Jazz Festival in France.

Walt Bostian and Jeff Hoyt, along with Miles Donahue, make up the spectacular BOSS horn section. Miles Donahue has three CD's on European labels that feature his saxophone and trumpet playing. Jeff Hoyt and Walt Bostian have backed up everybody from the Pointer Sisters to Jerry Vale.
